Eddie's Philly

My husband saw a video on Facebook about this place. We decided to take the 35 minute drive to try this place out. The visit did not disappoint! It was outstanding! Everything is made fresh, the brisket is smoked for 19 hours in house, the chicken wings are fresh and made to order. Everything came out hot and steaming. The bread was soft on the inside with a nice crust on the outside. The meat was tender and juicy, and the mozzarella sticks and onion rings are made fresh as well. I can't begin to explain how delicious this place was! The owner, who is also the chef, came out and greeted us and told us a little about himself. It was our 1st time at Eddy's. The service was great. Food was excellent. Meat was very tender. Veggies were perfectly cooked. We live quite a distance from this place but if we're in the Chandler area, this is the place to go for a Philly cheese steak. You feel like a family friend your greeted by everyone. Yummy!!!

I just noticed this restaurant had opened and needed to give it a try! From the minute I got inside I knew this place was very different. Things like the warm greeting, the open kitchen setting and ample seating room inside and out on their patio. Everyone working there was super nice and engaging. Let's get to the food, the first thing you will notice is these cheesesteaks are no joke at all, there is a literal mountain of premium meat on them. They're using Von Hansen's as their butcher which is a Chandler local spot that is nothing short of amazing as well. Back to the cheesesteak, as an East coaster I had to order mine as a Wiz Wit (cheese Wiz and onions), the nicest part is the bread, it's friggin legit, an actual Subroll that doesn't just fall apart on you and has the correct feel

Wow. Exceptional cheesesteak. I got it for lunch with sauce and onions and glad I did. A+++++ and authentic taste based on my strict Chicago taste buds. Super friendly and personale staff. I'll be coming back here soon. I ate it so fast I barely had time to take a good picture.

Quick edit before the important stuff. Apparently one of the employees was out sick today. Eddie was extremely busy, and made it his mission to acknowledge everyone who came in, and even started cooking before making a ticket. I thought I left a review last time,apparently I didn't. This place is absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere is great, the people are better, and the food, AMAZING !! I wish I lived in the area, or worked here more often. I will eat here anytime I am remotely close. A+++++++
