I cannot say enough about our experience at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood it was absolutely exceptional and made for a perfect birthday dinner! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere exuded elegance and sophistication, with a warm, upscale vibe that made the evening feel special. Our server, I think his name was Rome, was phenomenal attentive, knowledgeable, and added just the right touch of personal flair to make the night memorable. Although an hour drive from us we came for our first visit here 2 Saturdays ago. AJ took care of us, they got busier into the evening but the music was kept to a nice minimum. Had a very good old fashioned. Our dinner of rack of lamb & filet were a tad heavy on the salt, we quite like to taste our meat. While they did kindly offer to switch them out we thought it unnecessary & declined the offer. Mashed potatoes were ok, asparagus nicely done. Their bread is delightful, nice & crusty while the bananas foster was a winner. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

Visited for Thanksgiving and could not have been more satisfied! From the moment stepping out of the car for complimentary valet service to the moment leaving! It was an exceptional dining experience! Definitely recommend having reservations for any holiday or special event as they were very busy but not overly crowded. It was perfect. They even had a life band playing the piano, drums & guitar. It was perfect! The music, food, atmosphere, service, drinks, temperature in the restaraunt, staff….everything was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.

Took my wife for our 3rd wedding anniversary last night. The staff did not disappoint. Felipe was amazing! Extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He checked on us regularly to ensure our experience was top notch. At one point in the evening, the manager came by to check on us, wished us a happy anniversary, and thanked us for sharing our special day with EV. We were gifted with a complimentary champagne toast and desert celebration. My wife and I left with a smile on faces and extremely pleased with the experience. Thank you to everyone at EV for making our anniversary evening out special.

Phenomenal experience last night. Joel our waiter was amazing. Spicy tuna on crispy rice was delightful. Wagyu dumplings great Parmesan sole with tomato salad I loved. The scallops very tasty. We had a complementary dessert for my birthday, which was just right. Don’t skip the $39 martini with caviar if it’s a special occasion.
