We tried this place on Valentine’s Day. Bryan was a waiter and recommended us different things that we tried. We had a Cesar salad, Focaccia bread, crudo, wagyu meatball, Branzino, Steak, Cauliflower, Oyster, Caccio e Pepe. Even the drinks were great I had the pear martini. Everything was phenomenal. What a gem! My compliments to the chef. We will absolutely come back and recommend this place. The place Was packed we got our food pretty fast. Service was excellent. It was a perfect evening.

This was our first time here and we had dinner with some friends. The atmosphere was amazing we loved what they did with the space and the live band was so fun! James L was our server and he took great care of us and was so knowledgeable of the menu! He even searched for the last two pieces of the key lime desert for us! We loved the food. The crab cake and the meatball are a must get. The pasta was spicy but delicious! We will definitely be back.

"Exceptional Dining at Eddie and Vinny’s!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely incredible evening at Eddie and Vinny’s Coastal Italian! My hubby booked it for my birthday celebration. And from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was perfect, but it was the team and the food that truly blew us away. Our waiter, Mike, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of our meal was spot on. The cocktails were also perfect and set a high bar for the rest of the night. For dinner, the food was nothing short of exceptional. We had the: Barolo Braised Short Rib Pappardelle: The meat was incredibly tender and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Risotto with the Fish of the Day: A beautifully prepared dish that highlighted their fresh coastal seafood. The entire staff was so attentive

One of our favorite new restaurants and easily among the best in Coral Springs—on par with top spots in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. The menu is outstanding, the food is consistently exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Brian has been our server several times and always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. From appetizers to entrées, sides, and cocktails, everything is fantastic and of the highest quality.

We enjoyed the restaurant and the quality of the food, but we felt rushed when we were brought the check before asking if we were finished. Other than that, everything was great. The service was quick, and the food was warm and fresh.
