Ed & Hazel Richmond Public Library

We went for Me Kippy’s story time for Toddlers and had a good time. We browsed around afterwards and they have a good selection of books. It is a small library but they have the basics kids books, adult books, magazines.

Very quiet. The staff was helpful.

Free wifi is slow. Pleasantly quiet. Bathrooms are locked even during open hours. Helpful staff.

Lovely quite.library with nice children's section and computer access. I had approached them one time to borrow a room to teach beginner's sign language as i had in Wichita ks and Bradford Ohio but was told that they did t think that would serve our community since there were not many deaf here. I asked to just try and the older man at the desk became snarky and claimed that aransas.pass.didn't need any more handicapped

We have always loved this library they have a great selection of books and they even carry movies and have computers available for any internet needs.
