Place to lay your head at night. No bugs except two little stink bugs. Heat did not work in room. No plastic cups provided. Pretty much no blanket just a nylon sheet on top of another sheet and no microfiber under blanket. TV channel selection decent with Showtime. ||Do note it’s 30 minutes from Cedar Point. Breakfast pretty much coffee and a danish.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AMD STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE EVEN IF IT IS IN YOUR CAR. The guy at the window told us we had to do a $40 deposit on a room we had already booked prior, which ok we wouldve figured it out. When I asked him about the smoking room I booked he told me they only have non-smoking rooms. Then told me the smoking room is not available. I asked what he meant and he said it was booked by someone else. And I said ok so my room is not available anymore? He started yelling profanities at me. Terrible people and terrible service. I made the 4 hour drive back home instead since we had to wait for our refund.

I checked in, went to the room. There was no heat. The desk clerk attempted to give me a space heater he was cleaning the filter with his fingernails. It was a very disgusting experience. There were flies buzzing around the lobby and he didn't seem to care. I also looked at the breakfast area and it looked like a train wreck with furniture stacked all over it I got refunded and went to another property that was 100x cleaner and much much friendlier. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Below average cleanliness, with stained sheets and filthy carpet that turned your feet black; imagine what your shoes look like after walking up and down the Vegas strip, except it was just around the bed a few times. Furniture was in poor condition; bed sagged almost to the floor. Room had a musty, damp smell throughout that was similar to a basement that has been closed up for an extended period & the fan did nothing to dissipate it. Location is bad, far away from any area attractions and on a main road with lots of truck traffic; expect plenty of noise that could easily keep you up if you are a light sleeper, especially considering the proximity to an intersection which has the added cacophony of trucks accelerating & decelerating. Do not stay at this hotel!! My husband and I checked in on 06/10/2025 - 06/11/2025, the hotel manager is rude, unprofessional and a fraud. He charged our credit card for fraudulent transactions and when we went to confront him at checkout he locked the door so we could not enter and waived us off. So we called the hotel only to be cussed at and threatened. It got to the point we had to involve the Norwalk Police Department concerning the threats of violence against us and the fraudulent charges. Further the rooms are uninhabitable as the floors are sinking in and the electric wiring is faulty. The hotel is now being investigated for code violations and fraud. The entire experience was horrifying and that by reading this review I hope that I can save you from enduring the horrifying exper
