She catered my Master’s graduation party for 150 people, providing both my graduation cake, food, Cajun chicken pasta, and everything was absolutely phenomenal. Starting with the Cajun chicken pasta which was a showstopper. It was perfectly cooked, extremely well-seasoned, and bursting with all flavor. All guests would not stop talking about how good it was. Let’s talk about the food first, because… whew. The shrimp Alfredo was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned—comfort food done right, not heavy, not bland, just smooth and satisfying. The Million Dollar Spaghetti absolutely lived up to its name—layered, flavorful, and crowd-pleasing in the best way. I hired Chef Aisha for my doctoral graduation celebration and, unfortunately, the service did not align with what was contracted or paid for. I paid $2,300 for catering for 30 guests, although only 25 attended. Despite this, we ran out of plates and flatware, which required two of my guests to leave the event to purchase them. Several items outlined in the contract were either missing or altered without prior agreement. Key concerns included: Food substitutions without consent: A dish labeled as “seafood pasta” was actually shrimp pasta. Seafood pasta was what I ordered. Additionally, another dish was labeled shrimp pasta, which I did not order at all. I’ve used her catering service for four family events, and the food has been amazing every single time. She does an outstanding job with the setup, is always responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We’re already booked with her again for another event at the end of the year!

Ordered a cake 2 years ago cake was horrible was not done all the way had a bad tase on top of that it was delivered 1 1/2 late when my husband went to pick up the cake she said it was not ready yet and offered to bring the cake and cup cake it looked pretty but was not good nor done in the middle at all. And the cup cake was well were not done in the middle on top of that the price I paid for it and it was my baby 1st birthday party I have not been back since. I wanted to try to support black Business I will not be back
