I love Eat Well! I live nearby and have driven by a lot but today I was starving and needed lunch so I popped in and grabbed some meals from the fridge. I will absolutely be ordering many meals in the future because my lunch was SO GOOD!!! Like lick the plate clean good. I’ve been really struggling with eating properly for a while now due to life stuff so I’ve been reaching for junk food and feeling physically terrible after. I cannot even BEGIN with how incredible Raghda at eatwell is. Her meals are always delicious and satisfying. As someone who has an extremely busy schedule but also wants to keep track of my nutrition, eat well has been a godsend. She lists all macros on every meal also so it helps me track my food for the week. I am beyond thankful I found her because i can spend my time doing other things rather than meal prepping. She is THE best. I love the option of having the meals delivered too !
