Eat Sprout - Easton

East Sprout is one of Easton’s "local" culinary go-to's. You can feel the passion and pride they have for their work when you walk in. The healthy, locally sourced food is made fresh daily, crafted by people who genuinely care about what we put into our bodies. I love that they partner with local farmers and use organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. You can taste the difference. Their kitchen was voted “Best Organic Kitchen on the Shore,” and it shows in every bite. The menu is always evolving with the seasons, and each dish feels intentional, nourishing, and high quality. Some of my personal favorites: the beef egg roll bowl (so flavorful and satisfying), the chia pudding with coconut cream (filling and nutritious), the PB&J parfait made with local yogurt- not overly swee

Very cozy and inviting. I enjoy the variety of goods they have there. I enjoy a nice healthy snack after the gym or they're breakfast options. I love the French toast! Everything is organic and they offer so many gluten free, paleo and high protein options. Best place for healthy eaters!

No one put me up to this, lol. But in all honesty this place is great and everyone that works here is so gosh darn friendly. The fact that I visit three, four, five days a week is testament enough to this (and I’m far from the only regular). Available for your delectation is delicious, healthy food made in their own kitchen from natural, non-industrial ingredients; and a wide assortment of tasty beverages many of which are prepared on-site by their talented team of baristas. You can’t go wrong!

I love Sprout. The Codfee, the baked goods. The lunches. The Banana GF protein bites 🫦 😋

Highly recommend Eat Sprout - Easton to anyone that lives in the area or is visiting! The atmosphere is great for both catching up with friends and getting work done. The vegan options are great and I can always count on Larisa to make the best drinks for me ❤️ All the baristas are great though - I’m shamelessly a regular!
