this isn’t third going here. now the first time, great. they were on time with the estimated time, food was great. now the second time i came here they said 30 minute wait, i had waited almost an hour and i got the beef and broccoli and they gave me 3 pieces of broccoli for that i could’ve just got beef lol. now my third time, today, for my lunch, i ordered kung pao chicken now you would think because majority of the world has a peanut allergy, a SEVERE allergy many people have, they would atleast mention that their chicken comes with it a quick “ours have peanuts” but they didn’t instead when i called to say “i didn’t know yours came with peanuts because most places don’t give it with peanuts” i was responded with “well you would have to ask us what our food comes with, and ours does come

The food is good. Their policy is you must spend $20 in order to use your debit card. Oh, and if you do use your debit card, they also charge a $0.50+ sur-charge. My friend and I both wanted to order food here but, decided to go elsewhere. They would rather lose $30 (we were going to spend about $15 each) just to save a few cents? Wow.

It has been very difficult to find good Chinese food since the pandemic. The quality at all my favorites spots have really talen a nose dive. So when by chance I got some left over Tso Chicken from here from the kids, I honestly was not expecting much. Chinese food rarely heats up decent but this was actually good even reheated. So I had to go try it fresh. And yeah WOW it was fresh and yummy. Wife and I were taken back. We had the chicken with mushrooms, Amazing, the Tso Chicken and the sesame chicken which were equally as good. The one that got all the kids talking was the Crab rangoon. Fresh and filled to perfection! The portions were good and plentiful. Highly recommend! I can't believe I dismissed this place for years just based on the silly name. Learned my lesson.

Food is usually really good. But for the horrible service and wait times, they are way, way over priced. We called an order in today at 440pm, was told it would be an hour. My daughter is still there waiting patiently, for an extra hour. We will never go there again. I understand that a business can get busy, but get your orders complete in the order you receive them. There are plenty of other quality Chinese restaurants in the area I'd rather give my money to going forward. For the amount of money we spent, over $90 dollars, food should have been hot and ready at 540pm.

Eat Rice presents as a no frills take-out Chinese restaurant. The waiting area offers eight folding chairs for customers. There are no posters or photos on the walls. The counter for ordering food is enclosed and has a fortress-feel. Food is delivered to customers through a small door. But this all testifies to an authentic Chinese approach to take-out. So does the couple in the kitchen who speak Chinese to each other. (The restaurant reminds me of small eateries I have enjoyed in Mainland China.) Expect to wait a bit for your meal or order ahead. The food is prepared after its ordered. The prices are reasonable and the menu exhaustive. The food is delicious. We ordered dumplings, sweet & sour pork, and chicken with mixed vegetables. Everything was delicious. 9/21/2024 On this trip to Ea
