Eastside Diner

Quick and easy place to get a standard American breakfast. The food is average but the service is great! The prices are reasonable too.

1st time patron - Stopped for breakfast with my son on a Friday morning. We were seated immediately and had hot coffee served to us promptly. We ordered the #8 and the #14. Food came out quickly and it was hot and delicious! My son greatly enjoyed the sausage gravy and biscuits. My meal was so delicious. The flavor combination was perfect. I especially enjoyed the SOS that topped my breakfast. We will definitely be back! I love diner breakfasts and this was top notch.

Awesome old fashioned diner type restaurant, we were at the Saturday seafood buffet and everything was delicious and I love a place that is not afraid to put a good amount of horseradish in their cocktail sauce. They change the Saturday buffet every week so check on Facebook for the weekly specials.

The Eastside Diner has a great staff with excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured our food arrived quickly. Speaking of speed, the swift service was a pleasant surprise, making Eastside a great spot for a quick meal. However, the food itself was a mixed bag. While it was alright overall, there's definitely room for improvement, particularly with the 'East mess dish.' This dish was overwhelmingly potato-heavy, which overshadowed the other ingredients. A more balanced mix would enhance the meal significantly. Price-wise, the diner is reasonable. The dish sizes are on the smaller side, which aligns with the pricing. It's a fair value for what you receive. The ambiance inside the diner adds to the experience. It has a great vibe that complements the dining experience.

A nice place to grab breakfast outside of Mifflinburg. The Eastside Diner specializes in the typical diner fare for breakfast and lunch. Our breakfast came out fast and hot and the service was very nice. Hash browns could have been cooked more and the French toast tasted like it was cooked next to onions but all in all it was a fair breakfast and we’d try it again when in the area.
