Eastbound Barbecue

Cool new spot on the east side. Had some great BBQ with an asian twist. Brisket smashburger was phenomenal and a great deal coming with fries and a drink. We got a sampling of pretty much all they had to offer. Brisket was tender,ribs had a great glaze, the pulled pork was cuban style and delicious. Loved the green beans and the lasagna was a unique take on the traditional mac and cheese. Didnt have any room for dessert so we will have to come back and give it a try. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The place has a great vibe with table games, swings, and comfy couches. Next time you are craving BBQ do yourself a favor and come try this place out.

First off, I am a foodie! Also a Texan that loves BBQ, so I know what's good and what's average. This place is a 10/10. Location is EADO, so close and away from all the city hype. Perfect family and dog friendly environment. Setup picnic style tables inside and outdoor dining. Play area for kids, corn hole for the athletes and a huge outdoor TV for all the fans! Plenty of tvs inside as well. Now, back to the food. Bruh, you had me at Brisket, Ribs,sausage, spicy pulled pork and chicken. Sides to kill for...street eloté(corn), hatch chile mac and cheese, chorizo beans, potato salad...😍. Honestly can't wait till Astros season starts so I can eat ,drink and chill! Hands down some of the best bbq I've ever had, salt lick, black's ..... They pale in comparison. Do yourself a favor a get over here. A great addition to the neighborhood and we will be here often. Ryan and the staff were all very friendly. The brisket was super moist, the ribs were amazing, sides fantastic.

This space is incredible! The drinks were amazing, we tried a few varieties of their cocktails! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor section will be amazing for live shows or for any televised events. I’m excited to spend some more time here :)

They have air conditioned indoor space! We have tried all the BBQ including the Austin joint that starts with an F. Eastbound is a 10/10 the brisket had an amazing crust perfectly seasoned while the meat remained super tender. We tried many things and our favorites were the brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese and banana pudding. So happy to have this level of quality bbq in eado!
