East Rockaway Public Library

Very nice and clean, they always have activities for the kids. They offer more than books, like games, baking pans and movies. I highly recommend coming here.

Never coming to this library again because they continue to have an issue with my service animal they even lied and said my dog barked at other people at the library when I have witnesses showing he has been at the library everyday and has never barked unless needing to make me aware of something pertaining to my health. They also would have kicked me out with him a long time ago had he barked at someone.It’s ridiculous the amount of discrimination I’ve dealt with at this library no respect or consideration for the disabled

Wonderful staff---quite professional, caring, eager to help the patrons and very courteous. Especially appreciate the fact that the children's section is at one end while the adult area along with a cafe type setting is at the other end of the building. Although the library is right off a busy road, it is one of the most quiet library environments I have experienced. I purposely go there to read and to study.

Jenna was the sweetest lady and helped us so much here!
