Overpriced, Very Slow, and Not good!!!!! Do yourself a favor and fry your chicken at home! I waited 20 mins lol for wings dings! 5 itty bitty wing dings

I live over an hour away from this location, I stopped in as per usual to get dinner for tonight. This time I ordered a 4 piece mixed chicken and I received 2 legs and 2 thighs. When I called to inform the restaurant of its mistake I was asked by RENO if I told the guys working that I wanted all 4 pieces of chicken mixed? WHATTTTTTTT!! and then told that I needed to bring back the incorrect order, in order to receive what I actually paid for. That will not work for me, hopefully the owner is better at fixing mistakes.

Today was the last straw. I have given them chance after chance and I don't know why but I live close to the location but they have always been rude, always been overpriced and very unapologetic. They charge you a fee for using your card without even telling you and everything in there cost more than $5. So why are you charging me to use my card?. Highly don't recommend!

My cod and orange roughy were super fresh and fried to perfection. Price was good too and the team was friendly even though it was 7pm on a Saturday and they were busy.

Customer service is substandard. Messed up on my order and refused to make it right because he was not the cashier who initially took the order. After working all day and being tired and hungry the last thing you want is your order being messed up. I paid $14.83 for a fish and chicken combo. When I got home, it was only 6 wings and some fries, no fish and the restaurant had closed. I called back the next day to try and rectify the situation and was told because the phone representative didn't work the night before he could only replace the 2 pieces of fish. I feel like for the inconvenience of even having to go back the entire order should've been replaced as a courtesy. The phone rep had a bad attitude and told me I should've saved the food until the next day and brought it back. Are you
