East of Chicago Pizza

The pizza we received was delicious. It was hot and had plenty of toppings. The reason I gave a 3 for food was the order of French fries. They were cold and only half cooked. There was one whole section of them that was shredded or smashed. Definitely disappointing.

I ordered this pizza yesterday East of Chicago in Medina which is locally owned and it was absolutely delicious!!! The crust was a little crunchy and not too thick!!! I ordered this pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, mushrooms and onions!!! It was fantastic!!! It smelled so good when I was driving home that I couldn't wait to eat it!!! There's also a variety of appetizers at East of Chicago like garlic bread and subs which are also very good. I love the veggie sub!! The service was also very good and my food was ready when I walked in to pick it up!!

Stopped in as we were passing through the area. We ordered personal pan pizzas. They were made quickly, served hot and tasted DELICIOUS! That sauce! Mmmmmmm.

Completely and utterly ridiculous experience. I just picked up a medium pepperoni pizza from this location; only to drive it all the way home, open the box and see that there was no pepperoni on the pizza. When I called the store and asked if they could make me an actual pepperoni pizza and deliver it to my address, they refused. Why? Because the pepperoni was “under the cheese”. My topping, let’s remember what that word means, was in the middle of the pizza. According to the second guy I spoke to, it is the new policy coming from their corporate office. East Of Chicago wants their toppings, once again remember the definition of the word toppings, put in the middle of the pizza. And that’s not the worst part. I wish I could leave negative stars. My steak sub minus miracle whip and mushrooms was delivered a ground beef WITH mushrooms jalapeños and some weird yellow sauce. But I "must've messed it up" as I was told when I called to question. Thanks for the terrible service to match the terrible product!
