East Haven Town Beach

Nice small beach. We went on a Saturday around 10am. Parking was easy but we had to pay $35 for the day. The access to the beach is free. No lifeguards on duty. Not too crowded. Pets are not allowed on the beach. Despite the fact we can bring food on the beach, it was really clean. If you look for a long walk on the beach, this is not the best option. There was live music the whole afternoon.

Beautiful, clean beach! I live down the street and try and go for a walk or picnic whenever I get the chance. Kids love the splash pad and Sandpiper has great seafood and ice cream.

I love this place. We try to go there as often as possible. There is a great picnic area, the playground close by is well maintained. Parking is near by, for residents only.

My local beach and blessed! Super clean water if not stirred up, Sandy for the most part although sometimes the tide can bring in a lot of shells. Very peaceful, two restaurants nearby, a playground and a splash pad for the kids across the street! Love it there, I try to get there every day in the summer for exercise in the water.

This place was beautiful!!! Serene, not crowded. Only df was parking at $35.00. I did street parking,walked a couple of blocks, but worth it 😊
