East Fishkill Community Library

This is my favorite library! Staff is kind and friendly, ready to help with anything you might need. They have a wide array of books, magazines, DVDs and more. A staple in the East Fishkill community! I am always proud to support this library.

the staff and seating areas are lovely, but unfortunately the noise makes it really difficult to concentrate. i have been here at least half a dozen times now at different times of day, and there are always kids talking at the top of their voice or screaming. some of the adults aren't much better. it is honestly the loudest library i have ever been in.

I have a lot of nostalgia for this library, received my first library card here at the age of 6 and currently studying here today over 20 years later for what is (hopefully!) the final exam of my academic career

I am extremely disappointed, and saddened that the new head librarian forced someone to remove a holiday display because it focused too much on Christmas. This could have been an opportunity to share all kinds of beliefs, customs, and expand knowledge and peak interest but instead chose to be narrow minded, condescending, and rude. I truly hope she is removed from her position. I grew up going to this library and I am disgusted with this behavior.

This library is a staple of the East Fishkill community! There are so many fun programs for all ages and lots of free resources. The staff is kind and knowledgeable about all of the offerings at the library. I love going there with my children, they are truly the best!
