Eagle Diner – A Perfect Step Back into the ’50s, with One of the Best Burgers in America During a trip through Colorado, a group of nine of us stopped at Eagle Diner — and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had. The atmosphere is pure retro charm: classic black-and-white checkered floors, colorful leather seating, pink tables, cozy booths, and walls adorned with vintage artwork. Every detail feels authentic and incredibly well-maintained. The place was spotless — from the dining area to the restrooms, which were impeccably clean right from opening time. One of the best place I have ever been to get a burger. Amazing style, incredibly nice staff, delicious burger. If you are around, stop and go back to the 50s for a colorful and delicious lunch.

Stopped in for a quick bite on the way to Nevada. The service was not only exceptional but, also hilarious. The food was so delicious. The interior was classic diner. Maddie was our waitress and she was phenomenal

Long trip from Moab, UT to Longmont, CO on Wed 8/20/25. Needed a lunch break, no fast food chains for us. Found this nostalgic 1950's style diner conveniently located off US I70, exit 147. First thing we noticed was how sparkingly clean it is. Counter & booth service. We sat in a both and Maddie brought us water, menus, & took our drink order. Lunches were a BLT w/ salad & grilled ham & swiss on rye w/ fries ($13.95 each). Both really really good & speedy service. A great find & value priced. Highly recommended for hungry travelers. lovely diner! all of the waitresses are so nice and the portions are great! I’m vegetarian and didn’t want the bacon that comes with my meal and they were so sweet and made me an extra large pancake to make up for it. would highly recommend and will be coming back next time I’m in town!
