E41 - Embarcadero 41 Pembroke Pines

Not your everyday casual Peruvian neighborhood restaurant. Not sure how this hidden gem went under our radar but wow! Dishes are executed with technical skills usually seen in high end downtown kitchens. Creative, well balanced and delicious plates. Every course we had delivered on all points. Sat outside on a beautiful south Florida day for lunch. Highly recommend.. 5Foodies all the way!

Arnaldo was amazing, very polite and his recommendations were on point. The ambience was very nice and very clean. The music was not too loud we were actually able to have a conversation. The food you can tell was fresh, full of flavor. We also shared a Pisco Mojito.

I was visiting Florida for Thanksgiving and my family mentioned this restaurant. We went the day after Thanksgiving and I couldn't believe how good the food was. I was skeptical at first because I've been to Peru, many times and the food there is exceptional. Everything we had was fantastic from the drinks to the food, and the dessert was amazing.You cannot leave the place without the dessert especially the Chirimoya dessert..OMG! Shout out to the service staff...they were on point!

Took Hubby for lunch his 60th Bday. First time visit. Food was Delicious! Our server Diego was funny & Very Attentive. We will be returning to try other dishes!

The food was so yummy!! We had ceviche, tiradito , soup, pescado a lo macho, and lomo saltado and we can’t decide which was the best. Sofia and Rodrigo were our serves and they were very helpful and attentive the whole time. Can’t wait to come back :)
