The E2M meals are amazing! I’ve been ordering E2M meals for the past 6 months and they have been consistent, delicious, healthy, and filling! My favorites are garlic & herb shrimp and the cilantro lime salmon but they’re seriously all so good. They’re priced great and you can pause/skip if needed which is helpful. Customer service is excellent.

So good! Lots of flavor and well packaged. My favorite is the spicy ginger ground chicken I could eat it every day! Not only is it flavorful, the texture is perfect with the peas and carrots for a little pop and crunch. I am stalking the website to see when they are back again so I can order more. Very convenient for work lunches or traveling. No need to think which is appreciated on busy days. My coworkers always comment on how good my lunch smells.

So far I am impressed. The meals arrived frozen. After I thawed one I heated it up in the skillet. It’s very good. It has flavor. Even if you are not 100% on E2M, these are great go to healthy meals.

I write this as we throw away an entire meal: Greek Fritatta. We each ate a bite and couldn't continue. The frittatas were soggy discs of overcooked eggs with very little detectable seasoning. We have spit out grisly pieces from the Thai Steak meals and struggled to swallow the dry, mealy chicken in three other meals. We have 6 meals left (Each!) and are dreading eating them. We have followed the package instructions and thawed the meals for 2 days in the fridge, heating each up gently in a skillet. I suspect there are only 5 reviews because no one wants to say anything negative. E2M is a wonderful organization, but they need to pivot on this meal thing. This method is expensive and horrible.

I am on my third shipment of meals from E2M kitchen. I have enjoyed every meal that I have had and ordered some of the same ones every time. The Salmon is my favorite. There are a few steak and chicken meals I have loved, as well. In my opinion, they are much more flavorful than other meals I have tried and costs about the same, or less if you go out for lunch each day. I will be ordering again! Thank you for providing quick and healthy options for lunch or dinner.
