I got the gluten free e signature ramen and lychee martini, my husband got the regular e signature ramen and the Japanese 75, and we split the gluten free chicken karaage. Everything was amazing! I haven’t had gluten free ramen this good EVER! We used to be ramen fanatics but I haven’t had a good one in years. The noodles weren’t just glass noodles and they were so good I had to look around and ask again if they were gluten free. My husband noticed a subtle difference in our noodles but said if he had been given mine he would’ve been totally happy. The only downside was they cost $6 extra which is pretty steep but I do believe they make them in house. Cozy noodle spot with super friendly service and a welcoming vibe. The noodles were fresh and cooked perfectly, but the broth and overall flavor felt a bit mild and could use more seasoning. Still enjoyable though. The highlight? The green tea cheesecake. Smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious. A must-try! Great service + great dessert = worth a visit. 🍜🍵

The hallmark of any great ramen is the broth, and E Ramen 's dirty vegan ramen hit the spot. I ordered the garden ramen and dirty vegan ramen and spring rolls. and the broth was incredibly rich—creamy, and lightly salted. It had that perfect taste with kale noodles 🍜 The vegetable spring roll was crsipy and great in taste. Sides can be little pricey. GF noodles cost 6usd extra. Chilli sauce 2usd extra. Overall good experience, great staff and fast service.

Came here on a gloomy rainy day and it did not disappoint. I thought their ramen was incredible and delicious. Spice is adjustable and you can add more through add ins, typical for most ramen spots! I’m vegetarian and loved their vegan/veg options, and my partner enjoyed the pork option! Can’t miss this cute place in midtown. The big windows and watching the rain was great vibes!

As an avid Japan foodie, I have a high standard, but these dishes absolutely exceeded expectations! I particularly enjoyed the lobster ramen and chicken karaage – the lobster was incredibly tender and well-cooked, while the karaage was crispy on the outside and perfectly juicy with a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce.
