Dutch Bros

They forgot to turn off the "open" sign and no one was there. The website initially had them closing at 2pm for the holiday, got there at 1pm with no one there and the open sign & all the lights still on. Major disappintment for myself and the family. Otherwise, it is a decent location any other day.

This is our go to Dutch. Tessa is so amazing kind and welcoming. To Tessa: thank you for making every experience wonderful. You always have a smile and a great heart. Thank you Dutch !!!!

I ordered a cold brew drink and it tastes like water I asked nicely for them to remake it and she started yelling at me saying she made it right and that she wouldn’t remake it and so my partner went up and told them to remake it and all they did was add a small amount of coffee and they only filled it a little bit then told us to leave. This is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed!!!!

I stop at this Dutch Bros when on this side of town and I am SO HAPPY that the music isn't blaring loud and they don't make the interation weird. You all know that they have to make small talk at the window and this stand makes it "normal" no weird questions or weird interactions. The drinks are made correctly, quickly and good. Keep up the great work team and keep delivering a great product. I hope that with the moving of Dutch Bros HQ out of state, which is very unfortunate, that the stands stay true to what they have always been.

Every time I come the service is usually really good. Today the runner was super nice but the vibes inside the stand itself were off :/ the girls making the drinks seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Super good drink though!!!
