The customer service is like no other at this location. I drive 30 mins past two dutch bros to come here. They never miss !!! Lilly , Oreo , smalls they are all just awesome people the whole crew is incredible, from Knowing the best secret menu drinks to making you smile & laugh so hard it hurts. Can’t forget about sticker days they handle it like champs

I rarely write reviews but oh my god this Dutch bros has my heart 😭❤️. Everyone here is so sweet and they handle everything so well! They are knowledgeable about there drinks and even though the lines get crazy they will finish the whole drive thru and walk up orders in a matter of minutes! It’s honestly insane to witness. After a couple bad experiences at the Redlands location I’m never going to betray this one again lol. Thank you Yucaipa Dutch Bros!

Dutch Bros Coffee recently opened in Yucaipa, CA and it seems like the town and neighboring cities are welcoming them with open arms. WAIT TIME The drive thru line was expectedly long, as it wrapped around the building and into the overflow lot up the hill. We drove in at 3:27pm, placed our orders at 3:58pm, and got our drinks in hand at 4:12pm. The total wait time was 45 minutes. Pro tip: Download the Dutch Bros app to browse the menu and use it to earn points with your purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE Despite the long wait times, the staff was very welcome and enthusiastic -- even under the hot sun. Everyone was is usually nice i love Dutch bros and i love getting a surprise rebel energy drink. It’s the only place that actually does surprise a lot of places usually don’t do but I enjoy a nice surprise. Their surprise drinks always taste good too I’ve never had a surprise rebel I didn’t like. They Line is long sometimes but it’s worth it to me especially because I feel like I get more for my money.
