Awesome crew!!! Always very positive and quick no matter the line. I appreciate the great quality of service here. The drinks are always done well… (when we ask for hand blended, it is done soooo well) THANK YOU!!

Not good. The wait time despite there being about 6 workers, was quite a bit. The service was ok. I just wasn't very pleased or happy with the whole experience. They messed up our drink not once, not twice but 3 times!!!! I left after the third try and it still wasnt what we ordered. Yikes. Don't believe we will come back here.

The staff is always friendly! The wait is never too long! (But tremendously busy on merch drop days!) HINT: Google flavors that are not to be promoted....and I'm not talking about the "secret"menu.

I just wanna say me and my boyfriend thought the girl that was taking our order was flirting with him. I just feel like that’s so inappropriate to do also. Not just that but in front of me is kinda crazy. Never got her name but she is blond and skinny. The location is in west Richland.
