Dutch Bros Coffee

Overall would have given this place a 5 star review (it’s my first time at a Dutch Bros and the coffee was great), but they had a young man out in a simple rain coat and no gloves or hat taking orders in 35 degree weather, with freezing rain. Absolutely unacceptable. The guy was clearly very cold and miserable, making probably minimum wage for those conditions. Does corporate know you guys treat your employees like that?! I asked the woman behind the register why he would be sent out without appropriate weather gear and was told “We all have to do that or the orders take too long.” God forbid you put your employees health and well being before profits.

We waited in line for 30 minutes with only 8 cars ahead of us. We asked our drinks to be at 190 degrees. When we got the drinks from the lady we asked if they were 190 degrees and she said, “they should be”. Well we get down the road and they were barely warm.

They didn't get our order right, no extra shots of coffee, no flavor at all. If you want a cup of milk with a hint of coffee for $7 then this is definitely the place for you

We came here tonight around 8 and our baristas were so helpful and kind! We celebrated my dogs birthday with a pup cup and they made him a beautiful birthday pup cup and patiently let us soak in a wonderful experience with our pup. They truly were the best

Jillian is amazing we are visiting from Georgia and she was the sweetest patient host I’ve never had this coffee. I also can’t have dairy and didn’t know the drink I had was half and half she switched it to oat milk last minute that’s what I call service ! Amazing energy and personality and she gave me stickers to take back home. It’s the little things that make the trip memorable. This chick needs a raise! Thank you for making this an amazing vacation.
