Dutch Bros Coffee

As I went back yesterday 1/3/26 the staff saw my brithday had just past and created my "Late Birthday" Sugarfree Golden Eagle very thoughtful very creative, and Overall, was blown away with kidnness from this particular location. Very clean atmosphere misters very cool service was 💯 over 💯 👍 T2 Diabetic tons of choices and Sugar Free Flavors. I'm not sure who the young lady was very professional, very patient, well-spoken, and with great interpersonal skills. 1st time here, great overall expirence !

From the younger and respectful youth upto the franchise owner I love this Dutch! They've been awesome and very respectful to myself and absolutely love Daenerys (my American Bulldog) who actually orders her own pup cup. Thank you to the crew and honorable mention the the young Veteran overlooking 4 stores as area manager for taking care of me today. Much love to Dutch and respect! Thanks again my Fam!!!

Worse location in surprise by far. I order the same thing everytime… a double torture, sometimes it’s dark and hits the way it should but the last 4 times to this location n my drinks nothing but milk and taste horrible. For instance today… 1/7/26 this is what my double torture looks like 😂

I don’t know how anyone could rate this place low… this location is amazing! Overall friendly atmosphere and the drinks taste great! They always let me know if they are out of something and accommodate some of my more creative drinks lol anyway keep doing what you’re doing!

Update--- Tried this location again to see if things had improved. They havent. My order was placed through the app with plenty of time for them to make it. Order ready at 10:18 am according to the app, I arrived at 10:23 am and they were not ready. 10:28 am and I finally get my drinks. I frequent several of the Dutch Bros. locations here in Surprise fairly regularly and this location is by far the worst. I pretty much only use the mobile order through the app and this location has never hit the target time for pickup. On average expect your order to be ready 8-10 minutes after the pickup time on the app. Right now I am waiting for my drinks and there are five other orders waiting now as well.
