I’ve been going to Dutch Bros for a while now, and I’m honestly so happy with this coffee shop. They always make my day better! The customer service is amazing, and they never take too long to make your drink. I really love coming here.
I got a drink around 9pm It was a coconut flavored rebel but for some reason it tasted like mint I had another person try it they said the same and for some reason they couldn’t hand blend when I got it hand blended the day before at the same time I went today. I’ve definitely had better experiences before just sad it wasn’t really the drink I wanted after work 🥲
Its alright. Just like any other coffee shop, less variety and pretty basic. If only they sold LOTUSES. Their customer service is mostly okay, most are friendly- I’ve only had one encounter with a rude person working. If you’re not able to answer questions politely, customer service is not for you.
Dutch is ALWAYS great. No matter which one you go to.
I bought drinks worth so much money and the guy didn’t even offer me to scan my code for points, and after I asked I got ignored.
