Dutch Bros Coffee

Sweetest guy ever!!!! Fidel, first of all absolutely respectful. Recommend the banana cold brew. I was hoping to snag a sticker of the month. They ran out unfortunately, but he was so sweet to give me his sticker. Bonus, all the workers are great and my drinks always come out amazing here. So shout out to the best Bro-ista ever!!! Thank you Fidel and if I butchered your name, I apologize. May your kindness take you far in life and you reach goals you have set.

No effort and was dismissive the entire time despite redeeming a Birthday Reward! Waited 15 minutes for One drink is crazy despite a rebel coming from a machine. I had to ask them to have it be remade after melting from sitting on the counter, this was a walk up btw

this review is based on my recent visit today. when we were in the drive thru, the guy who was taking our order was speaking to us with such a rude attitude. we were doing two separate orders and since it’s what we usually do we expected to get the app scanned after giving our orders, and the guy told us “one order at a time” but said it with a very snarky tone. we were disappointed but not surprised since this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. i understand sometimes people don’t have good days, but for every dutch visit i’ve made here, i’ve always encountered the employees with the worst attitude and worst customer service.

Stopped in to Dutch Bros to have my wife try their coffee for the first time. She tried the churro coffee blend, and she literally said it was like eating a churro. Lol, I had the #1 Golden Eagle Blender, and it was amazing. Very good spot, and you can always add a shot of espresso. Service is always on point, and even if the line is long, that gets you through in a reasonable time.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited for almost two hours, yet multiple customers who arrived after me were served before I was. During this time, the store also ran out of car magnets. What made it more frustrating was seeing other customers receive up to ten magnets each while I was told they were “first come, first served,” despite the fact that I had been waiting the entire time. After the long delay, I was asked if I still wanted my drinks, which felt dismissive considering how long I had already been waiting. I would have been patient if the process had been fair and organized, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope the store can improve how they manage lines and limited promotional items to ensure customers are treated consistently and respectfully. Safe
