Dutch Bros Coffee

Sam is very friendly and remembers my go-to order when approaching the window, she’s a great employee and fun to talk to. Always a pleasant experience when making a coffee run before my night shift. 10/10

Passing through Seguin, TX headed back home to Fort Worth, and we see our favorite drink spot. They had some traffic, which is not unusual, but where this location failed is that they rushed our drinks and they were sloppy. We ordered a iced Caramelizer with soft top and caramel drizzle and an iced Vanilla Mocha with soft top and chocolate drizzle. The drinks were made with a "hurry up" mindset rather than "take care of your customers" mindset. I've never had an iced drink from Dutch that was lukewarm, either. You guys have to do better, even when there is a rush. We don't have that problem here at home. 🧊🧋🧊🧋

My coffee is always perfect and stays consistent. All of the employees there are great but 2 specifically Kayden and Chelsea tend to usually be there when I go through and they are just so blissful. They are both usually working their tails off too but still manage to provide the best customer service even under pressure. I love this place.

Staff needs to focus on their jobs instead of “chatting” with customers. I sat in line for 10 minutes (2 cars in line including myself) and the person working the window was just talking with the car in front of me. Didn’t see the tablet to take an order till after they talked for 10 minutes. I’ve always had a great experience and had my drinks come out in a timely manner. But this rubbed me the wrong way. I love Dutch bros, but this experience was enough for me to write this negative review. So whoever was working the window on 1/20/2026 around 12:30PM, needs to cut the chitchat.

I'm very picky with how I want my tea to taste. I like it sweet but not so sweet you get thirsty. Not good. This place has the best tea and it's super light in color which means good tea. It is not loaded with a whole 1lb of sugar like McDonald's nasty sweet tea. I love this place. I've been to Dutch Bros twice. I will be coming back cuz I love tea. Not much of a coffee lover. People complain about the prices of coffee or tea being expensive. That makes no sense. Why come to these places to get a cup of coffee if you don't want to pay that much. I think it's worth it. Better tea and better coffee comes with a high price.
