Dutch Bros Coffee

Don’t know the name of the employee. Ugliest attitude and approach towards clients. She always seems to be bothered when someone shows up. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe she should look for something else. So much for having a “daily goal chart” when you work with people like her. I took a snap of the “Hopper goal chart.” To see what it said. Didn’t know she was going to turn around then. Mind you he want even part of it shot, since I zoomed in. She said “are taking a picture, are you! Putting half of her body out by the window. I said not of you anyways. She rolled her eyes and said “whatever what do you want”. Here’s the snap of what I got. She’s clearly not part of that goals. 😅 she’s always in a bitchy attitude. Avoiding that location now, driving back to the original site on Mendo

Everything is good here and all but the worker with bleached eyebrows and glasses has a nasty attitude and very rude!! I get that people have bad work days but you do not have to be talking to me making me look slow because I know what I’m ordering and what I’m doing. And yes if I were to give you attitude then I would 100% understand you giving me attitude but I was very nice and put up with your rudeness. You’re there to make my order with a good attitude if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers that are nice!

I have never experienced such poor customer service at any dutch bros except for this one. I had came in and asked for my usual order but the girl with the glasses taking my order at the front had the most nasty attitude ever. I know customer service can be difficult trust me I work in customer service as well but you should never reflect it on customers that are spending money at your location. Please do better dutch bro’s.

Super friendly, super fast service — they nailed my drink perfectly. The Cookies & Cream Soft Top is absolutely goated — creamy, sweet, and elevates any drink. Worth every sip. Drive-thru line might look insane, but let’s be real… people are just too lazy to walk up. I parked and walked up — faster than waiting in a 10-car line. Great vibes, great crew. Santa Rosa DB hits every time. 🙌

My #1 choice every single time. The WHOLE group of staff goes above and beyond. All older staff do an amazing job training new staff. I never have a problem with my drink and in the past if there ever was they have no issues doing whatever to make it right. Hopper location holds a special place in my heart specifically because of the amazing, sweet, hard working staff there is. I probably sound crazy but I really do feel like they are family after going for so long and seeing them when I do makes my day. I moved across the city and further away from this location but I still make it over there because seeing them truly makes my day!! Keep it up my favorites ❤️❤️
