Dutch Bros never disappoints! The energy here is always upbeat, and the staff is incredibly friendly they greet you with a smile every time. My drink was perfect (as always), super flavorful and made exactly how I ordered it. The wait is never long, and the good vibes make the drive-thru experience even better.

Too bad Brownsville doesn’t have one so I have to drive all the way here. The service is great and the drinks are delicious. My new favorite place so far for coffee, tea, and chocolate. Get the app and you get free drink (within 14days) and birthday drink too.

Dutch Bros in San Benito is hands-down one of my favorite places to go! The entire team is AMAZING—always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely happy to see their customers. The outstanding customer service they provide is truly unmatched, and they are absolutely the reason I keep coming back. I work from home and really miss the face-to-face interactions I used to have when I was working on-site. That’s why my daily Dutch Bros run (or runs!) means so much to me. Getting to chat with the broistas—Rebecca, Aaliyah, Nate, Eddie, Bianca, Jay, Cameron, Angie, Kayla, and Laisha—is a highlight of my day. Ordered a Lavender Matcha this morning, along with other coffees, and my coworker found a Bee in his hot Matcha (It was sealed with a sticker). Now he thinks I hate him. He didn't notice it til the end, and then started choking.

The San Benito location is the best! I have always received great customer service every time I have gone. I’d like to thank employee Sam, she helped me put together a drink that was just perfect to my liking. And it was delicious. All the employees there are always so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely keep coming to this location for their delicious coffee.
