Dutch Bros Coffee

The staff and the coffee, 100/10. Ron and Archie kept me smiling and laughing through the whole experience. Made me feel like a friend not just a customer. I will definitely be back. I came back to edit my review b/c I guess google wont let you leave multiple for the same establishment. Anywho, I have been here every day this week. I got the banana chocolate milk today w/ banana chocolate 100000/10. It’s 6:30 and I’ll probably go back for another before they close.

I get their flavored green teas. They are so delicious. I have tried several flavors and each time is amazing! My friend and I come here about once a week and have not one complaint about them. Yeah their lines can be long, but it depends what time you go. The prices on the other hand, is cheaper than I expected. But, the staff have been nice and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here.

I witnessed the man with a white ponytail and a cow nose piercing rinsing a spoon by dumping water into my Freeze coffee this morning. What is the reason behind this action? I just needed my jumpstart smh just wow but only your cameras captured that! God bless. I hope this behavior is not typical of all staff members. It wasn’t always like this the past 2 weeks I’ve ordered 🫠

This was our first ever experience at a Dutch bros and we will most likely not ever be returning. We ordered our drinks ahead in the app, and planned on tipping with cash in person. That is until we showed up at 12:07pm (had it scheduled for pick up at 12) and drinks were not ready; which is fine. That’s not what this is about. But all of the workers inside on 2/25 then started shouting once my husband went up to the window to get our drinks, look at him, and shout behind her “did anyone make the order that didn’t tip?” They then continued to shame and belittle the order with no tip but “at least they ordered ahead of time.” It was appalling. I’ve been twice since they opened almost 2 weeks ago. Great friendly service while taking orders. Everybody smiling. The drinks are amazing I really enjoy them. 4/5 ONLY because I found out they only pay there workers $10 an hour… it’s 2025 and inflation is sky high, they need to pay the people who run their businesses better!!!
