Dutch Bros Coffee

The coffee and other drinks are good but it takes so long to get your drinks that it’s not really worth it . No body is there to take your order so you have to wait to get to the window. Once at the window, the very nice Employee take your order. They are the same one that also make your order. Without washing hands in between handling the money . The efficiency is very poor. yes they are polite. Yes, the drinks taste good , But I’ve been twice now with only a few people in line and it’s taken 20 to 30 minutes to get a drink order . The first time there was 10 plus people and most of them where just goofing off or one had his butt on the sink . Anyways they need better food safety habits and a manager that can keep things on task . As well as set task like people making drinks separate fro

Me and my mom went to Dutch Bros for the first time yesterday! We have both found our new favorite coffee shop in Owensboro! Highly recommend the frosted gingerbread iced latte!! It was so good!!! Staff were all very friendly!! Tens all across the board from me and my mom! Also love the fact that when you download the app and create an account you can get one free medium drink for signing up!!! Who doesn’t love free coffee?!?!? 🤌🏻

Love their coffee! The staff are so friendly and efficient. I’ve been several times and will definitely be a regular. Kudos to staff! ❤️

I’m From Utah they have people outside in -degrees management needs to change policies here no one wants to be stuck in line for over an hour Finally got to order and they messed my drinks up lol

Since opening in Owensboro, I’ve visited probably 10 times, (Avid coffee drinker,) I LOVE the coffee, they certainly have espresso quality and flavors down perfectly! I appreciate that none of the drinks prepared are ever too sweet like other coffee joints. The staff is friendly and conversational! I do wish they would speed up the process though. It seems to be chaos inside but still long wait times every time. I’m sure this will resolve once they get settled! Fantastic coffee. Try the hazelnut truffle mocha!
