From a business owner's perspective: This place has really declined recently in quality and service. The same familiar faces always do an amazing job, noticed the manager I was used to seeing is no longer there which is a shame because I've been coming here for over 12 years and I feel it was at it's best when she was there. Orders were quick, now they take 12+ mins. Even with only 1 other car in line. Communication between Baristas seemed much better, drink quality was better. I understand they're just kids but the customer service is weird and awkward. It's too forced. Even the ones who have been there the longest seem miserable now. Like that "spark" is gone. What the hell happened? Now the night Baristas, they have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude, short,

I order the same drinks every time. I don't add anything extra, so why are they always different prices? Are you automatically adding tips? So many issues here lately the people are nice though.

I mean who doesn't enjoy a great cup of coffee served up however you like it, hot, cold, iced, or blended they have it all and it's always served with a smile! Awesome staff with always friendly interactions just waiting for you to swing through!

This location isn't the greatest. Even if there are only a couple cars at the windows, it takes forever to get through the lines. I have sat in my car, behind two cars, for about 15 minutes before I gave up and left. This has happened to me at least twice. The staff is very nice, though, always have a smile on their faces. If you are in a pinch, are close, and just NEED your coffee fix then, yeah, by all means. Beware of the wait time. Otherwise, try to get to get to the one in Walla Walla.

Probably won’t be ordering on the app at this location anymore! Always have a good experience at this location, this recent time wasn’t exactly the best. It was raining, there were a few cars in line, we were the last vehicle and wanted to make life a little easier for the runner/order-taker sooo we decided to give ordering on the app a shot. Runner came to our window to take our order and we told her we ordered on the app. She double checked on her iPad and specifically said our order won’t be ready til the estimated pick up time which was in about 10 min. Then she went back inside, this wasn’t an issue since we were the last car and there were still cars ahead of us. So we figured our drinks should be ready by the time we get to the window.
