Dutch Bros Coffee

drinks are always great..... service is horrible... it's the only Dutch bro that doesn't send anyone out to take your order when there's a line. Just waited 30 min in line with only 4 cars in front of me

It’s 50/50 if your drink is gonna turn out good, today they handed me a cup of milk instead of a chai. It’s about five shades lighter than it normally is. Service is always great though, and they offer new food items which is cool. For the price, the gamble of getting a good drink doesn’t feel worth it to me sadly.

Usually this location is so amazing! Until this morning the drink that I order just about every work morning wasn’t made correctly, so I kindly asked the barista at the window if it was made how I asked (half sweet is how I asked for my drink) ! Before she could even answer me another barista at the walk up window across the store shouts “it was made half sweet if you don’t like it you need to order it a quarter sweet” ?? If I order something almost every day a certain way I would know how it should taste? Besides that, I don’t understand the immediate, defensive attitude from across the store? comes off super immature and really disrespectful. Horrible customer service.

The service here is incredible! I never knew that Dutch Bros served more than just caffeinated drinks, I had always assumed they were just another coffee shop. Last night, I came through and Lena helped find and make a flavored lemonade that 100% fitted my tastebuds! She also informed me more on the non- caffeinated items on the menu, and Dutch Bros has lots of alternatives I never knew about! 10/10!

The team here is incredible. Baristas always very friendly and fast. After I had an issue with my order last week the assistant manager (ugh names) was super cool about making things right for me. 🫶🏻 thanks guys
