Dutch Bros Coffee

I'm a coffee fiend and I've tried different Dutch Bros around Cali and WA state, tbh I give this one a 3.5- 3.7⭐ because the service isn't always the best, in fact I've only had one really positive experience here and the rest I felt like I was a bother. I've worked food service I get it but still everytime I usually go, no one seems happy except the people inside. Anyways that's just my review. I love coffee and I feel good service helps the coffee taste better

First I want to say I like the drinks at Dutch and Emma at the window was fantastic. However, my two most recent visits were not great. Today, 12/8/25 around 3:45p, two girls were taking orders outside due to the long line. The first girl with the clear framed glasses was spending her time playing with a customers puppy. Once the 2nd girl finished taking her customers order, they proceeded to stand and talk to each other about the puppy. The clear framed glasses girl finally took our order since we were just sitting there with the window down. After taking our order, both girls left the lien of cars waiting to order still to run to the puppy and play with it some more. How unprofessional! You have a busy line of customers waiting to order as you choose to play with a puppy. Lastly, I agre

This is by far the best Dutch Bros in the Central Valley. The service was amazing—especially considering how busy they were. We got our drinks very quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

This Dutch Bros is awesome. The staff do an amazing job and are very friendly and helpful. Their drinks are simple yet incredible—you don’t even need any add-ons to enjoy them!

I want to start by saying I really like the coffee at Dutch Bros- I rather support them over Starbucks. However, the pricing is getting to be ridiculous. I asked for a cold medium latte with no ice and was told I'd have to pay extra to account for no ice. Basically, if you order an iced latte and pour out the ice, you are left with a 12oz size small drink. So I told them to hold the ice. The cashier said I'd have to pay an extra $1.50 to remove the ice–meaning the total for a medium cold latte would be over $8! I asked how much a hot latte would be, and he told me it would be $6.50.. I asked if they could just pour cold milk over two shots, and he said no, we have to steam the milk if you want it at that price.
