Dutch Bros Coffee

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Dutch Bros today. I asked for easy ice, and the worker told me it would be $1.50 extra to have the drink filled to the top, otherwise they’d make it the “old way” with a ton of ice. That makes no sense to me.I already pay good money for these drinks, and with all that ice I literally take 2–3 sips and the cup is basically done. Charging extra just to not be shorted on the actual drink feels unfair and greedy. Easy ice shouldn’t mean less product, and customers shouldn’t be forced to pay extra just to get a full cup. This experience definitely made me rethink coming back.

I LOVE Livingston Dutch bros! I have been frequenting this locations since it opened. The workers are the most amazing people ever! I go there regularly and they have made it to where I feel welcomed every single time! They also took the time to try and learn my order/ name! It for sure makes the experience 10x more enjoyable! Would 100% recommend this location!

Got off of a 16 hour shift and got there right when they started the holiday figure giveaway. And after a waiting for over an hour, I did not get my drink. Nor did I get my item for the giveaway seems quite odd. That they were magically out. After an hour. I ended up canceling my order because of the lack of communication from the stagg about wait times and how it would work with getting the holiday figure. Not the first time this site has done this as they did the dame with the ornament the other day that started at 10am and after 15 minutes they were out. Will be calling corporate office to file a complaint.

Today on Thursday 1/22/26 at around 8am i had when to the drive thru and this young lady helped me at the window and she gave me some sassy attitude when i was ordering and it made me feel unwelcoming an i dont think ill come again and i might start going to a different dutch bros from now on

Livingston Team is amazing and friendly. I love coming and talking with the young ones. They really push customer service and making drinks wonderful.
