Dutch Bros Coffee

Genuinely the worst Dutch Bros I've ever been to in my life. I ordered oat milk, got 2% (was told it was), the espresso is burnt, and they didn't put any vanilla in it. I've had hotel coffee that is better than the crap I paid $10 for today. I will NEVER be back to this location, especially for the TERRIBLE service I was given when I waited 15 minutes in a line of 3 cars. No personality, robots could do your job better

Everytime I order from Dutch bros, I love frappe, but here i always feel my drink is way too sweet at dutch bros.. I even get the half sweet and it still doesnt taste like coffee enough , it's just way sweet/sugary tasting, which I am not a fan of...? Im wondering if i try dark mocha frappe HALF SWEET , if that would work better for me .? Or should I try adding expresso ? Thank you!!

Totally ditch stuck up Starbucks!!!!Dutch Bros is a total vibe once you come, you’ll be hooked amazing staff Zander is The best ever Broista sorry to all the other Dutch Bros. They know how to do it right here in Layton. Once you come you’ll never stop going always smiling always have music blaring If you’re the only one in the line, they will literally have you come out and have a little dance party with them in order to make you smile. Just such a good pick me up it’s not just the coffee that’s amazing. It’s the people that they hire. Just a little PSA, you will get addicted to the sticker drops and the merch drops😹(And yes, that’s my daughter on her way to prom because couldn’t go without a Dutch Bros And some Halloween fun)

the last few times i’ve been to this location they have messed up my drink. i’ve always gotten the same drink and the last two times from here it has been super bitter and not like usual. i’m super disappointed that this is the 2nd time on my favorite drink. even with extra caramel it’s still nasty. the color is off and the taste is completely different. super sad about this :/
