Dutch Bros Coffee

The guy at the drive through on 2/26/26 has exceptional customer service. The coffee and dirty soda was on point. We will definitely go there again.

This spot at 1765 Simpson St is the ultimate drive-thru haven for coffee lovers, with those fun-loving Broistas who greet you like old friends and pump up your morning with infectious energy and high-fives. I rolled up craving something special, and their menu blew me away—killer classics like the smooth Annihilator (hazelnut and white chocolate breve) and the rebellious energy drinks in endless flavors, including sugar-free options that hit just right without the crash. The drive-thru moves like lightning, even during peak hours; I was served a steaming hot Golden Eagle (vanilla and caramel breve) in under two minutes, perfectly blended and topped with that signature soft top foam. Prices are wallet-friendly

I didn’t think a “bad” Dutch bros existed. But the workers here every time I’ve come are rude. Makes me not want to order anymore. I know that Dutch bros has a protocol where you have to act a certain way to the customers to make them feel somewhat welcomed… but here they just talk to each other, don’t acknowledge your presence, and are just plain rude. I understand people have bad days, but when it’s every time I visit, then it’s not an excuse. Another thing to add, my drinks when they are made here do not taste the same as when I go out to another one. A bit frustrating as I’m paying $7-$8 each time. Overall, I think people would appreciate more kindness all around .

I will keep going back to the kingsburg duch bros! I have no idea how to order so I asked the employee for help, I told her what I usually get and she ordered me something amazing! And when I pulled up to get it, another employee was so nice and we had a whole conversation while my drink was being finished. I saw people sitting outside at a patio, but im not sure if there's indoor seating or call up orders. The place was small and tidy, everyone was so nice, and my drink was great!! (I didn't catch the name, so im gonna go back to get it again) but the teller told me another good drink was the caramel eagle? Carmalizer? Something like those...anyway...GO TO KINGSBURG DUCHBROS! ❤️
