Dutch Bros Coffee

I went to this Dutch Bros location yesterday and was astonished at the service received. I was served by (I believe her name was) Andrea. She was working all by herself, in the POURING RAIN. It seemed like she was literally the only one there! I literally didn’t even see anyone else in the shop other than her. Not only was she taking orders in the rain by herself, she was also the only one making them inside as well. There was a long line, but Andrea handled it with speed, expertise, and ease. And she did everything with a smile on her face. Customer service like that is so rare these days. I don’t know who is in charge there, but they need to know that Andrea does a great job and is going above and beyond there! And she made me a delicious drink! I ordered a large Picture perfect blended

A young man assisted me just now at the drive thru. He was awesome and quick! I didn’t know what I wanted all I knew was high protein and low sugar. He whipped me up something with almost 30g of protein. In a coffee!! I’ll be coming back specifically for his service and the awesome coffee!

I have been coming here for a while and I don’t know what’s been going on but the wait time is HORRIBLE! Lately it’s been between a 30-40 minute wait time. Today I went and I ordered the same thing as always, a golden eagle. When the employee handed it to me, I knew it was wrong because it looked like straight milk. I kept trying to get his attention by saying excuse me, he literally just ignored us until finally he came over and insisted it was right. I even tried it but it tasted like milk and soft top. The employee was rude and seemed inconvenienced to do his job. I have never had. Golden eagle looked like how it did today.

Ive been coming to this location for a while now and although the drive thru wait times are long, you can easily just walk up to the window thats usually pretty empty. The coffee is good but my favorite part about coming here is the workers, theyre always very friendly and strike up good conversation which mean and tend to leave a lasting impression on my day. Lovee the baristas <3

I love the coffee (when they make my order right) but yall gotta do something about this damn line!!! It should be no reason everyone is in line for up to an hour!!! Yall are ridiculous fr!! Figure it out because this ain’t a restaurant where we are okay with waiting up to an hour for A DRINK that most likely won’t even taste how it did the last time I got it. Every employee I talk to complains about how they barely like the job and a bunch of customers complain about how long we are in this line… I got here at 10:27 and guess what time it is? 10:56! Do something about this because not even Starbucks has ever had me waiting this long.
