Dutch Bros Coffee

First time coming here to Dutch Bros line goes pretty fast. Was worth the wait. Even gave me two pop cups with a dog treat in it. Very nice of them. We all three enjoyed our Dutch Bros. Recommending downloading the app so you can get it free! Medium drink will be coming back soon!!

Dutch Bros finally came to Gilroy and maybe if I haven't been going to locations in the valley and up north for years. One visit in line I got skipped and the drinks were weak. The other times I didn't get skipped but, the drinks have been consistently weak. My wife ordered a latte it was literally all milk and had next to no coffee in it. We haven't been back since. Don't plan on going back to that location. Too bad for us because I was looking forward to having location close enough to get my fix regularly. Though I'm not a Dutch Bros customer who is trying it for the first time and accepts whatever comes through the window. I'm sure my bad review will not hurt business and is not my intention. I want the franchisee to know your product is currently sub par. I want corporate to know the

I had such a great experience this morning at the drive-thru thanks to Bella. Early mornings can be rough for everyone, but she had such a positive attitude, great energy, and so much patience. She was friendly and welcoming, and truly made my morning better. And also, the drink was just on point. ☕👌 Keep it up, girl. your energy makes a difference! 👏✨

They just opened this location up aboit 4 days ago so I was expecting a very long wait but it wasnt so bad. I rolled up right at 5am and I was about the 10th car in line. Ordering and getting my drink took about 30 minutes but again they just opened fence the wait times. Ive been a life long DB drinker so I already know what I like and what to expect. Good service always and good drinks too!

I’ve been a Dutch Bros fan since my very first visit back in 2014. I still remember the incredible energy, the genuine connections, and the way the staff made every guest feel welcome. That upbeat, lively atmosphere is what made Dutch Bros special. Unfortunately, this particular location hasn’t lived up to that standard. The energy just isn’t there — the team doesn’t really connect with customers, and the vibe feels flat. On top of that, the drinks are frequently made incorrectly, which is disappointing, especially after waiting in such long lines. And still, I continue to return because I’m optimistic every single time that the experience will be better. I know Dutch Bros is capable of amazing customer service, because I’ve seen it for years.
