SLOW !! No regard for customers time !! Just left as I sat with eight other cars in line. Nobody out taking orders!! Yet when I get to the window, there are two people I deserve just standing there watching?? While eight other cars are in line.!!?? And nobody out taking orders?? So this morning for the first time, I ordered through the app since I had so much time on my hands. Well, that was completely unproductive as far as saving me time. When I got to the window, it was like a mystery. Still sat and waited..

The best coffee in the shoals!! The atmosphere is always positive & friendly. What's good? More like what isn't!! The app is great for rewards. Their website lists the full menu. You can find the secret menu drinks there. I recommend this place again and again. I could not pick a better place to start my day with! I'm obsessed! 🫶💙☕️

Dutch Bros in Florence is ALWAYS on their business. They have a great staff and take care of their customers. We have been to several locations around Nashville TN, Clarksville TN, Huntsville, Alabama and Decatur Alabama but our crew in Florence works hard. They are always on point and work their tail off with getting the drinks out even with a long line!! Much props to them all!!

Finally gave this place a shot this morning and my only regret is not doing it sooner! it was so good, not too expensive, and the girls working were so sweet and personable. the app has awesome reward options as well which they told us about! we’ll be back :)

I got confused looking at the menu and tried to order a "Picture Perfect," not realizing that a "Picture Perfect" could be applied to any drink, so then I panicked and ordered the Golden Eagle. I'm not sure if I got a double dose of the caramel and chocolate, but my drink was too sweet and sugary, which is honestly my fault . I should have been better prepared before my husband pulled up to the drive-thru. My daughter didn't necessarily like her chocolate shake either. She said it had chunks of ice in it. The prices are fair, and the drive-thru line moved fast. I need to look back over the menu and give them another try soon. ..maybe opting for sugar-free next time;)
