Dutch Bros Coffee

Kate was our Broista tonight and she was the absolute best! Super friendly and the most helpful, I was super indecisive, wanting something outside of my norm and she had some amazing suggestions. We enjoyed our drinks and Christmas lights a little extra. I am loyal to Dutch 😅 but if I wasn’t, I would be now, because of her! Thanks Kate, Merry Christmas! ♥️

Ordered a Sausage Egg for my son and got someones Banana bread with bites taken out of it…🤬

Today I stopped by Dutch Bros for a couple of protein coffees, and notice I left my debit card when I got in line. Josh came to my window and when I told him I had to go run and grab my card, He told me not to worry about it and took care of my drinks. I don’t think Josh understood the couple of l weeks I’ve been having. That was so kind and I greatly appreciate the sentiment. Thank you for being such a beautiful person, Josh. Something that may seem so small to you was such a kind gesture!

The person in a pink jacket and beeny that took my order, chose her own tip (20% by the way) and didn't ask if I wanted to tip, and was not a very kind person. This has happend alot at this location and it sucks

Has good drinks but the customer service is poor, when I came to the window this morning one of the employees was holding up the line by talking to her friend who had already received her order. I wasn’t acknowledged and had to wait for her personal time to end, I work in customer service myself and this is definitely not tolerated as proper customer service.
