Miss Daphne enjoys her trips to this store. She loves seeing her favorite humans CC and Panda. All the other humans are also great. They make the best pup cups in the world.

I'll start by saying I'm not looking for anything free or compensation. That being said quality checks are not there when they should be. I ordered a large iced water and there was something inside the cup that I didn't see until after I had already left. I will post the pictures. Another note: I have seen many people with dogs pull up to the window where the employee pets the dog, which is fine, but where I have an issue is the employee not washing their hands afterwards and handling beverges or food items only to receive them with dog hair or dog saliva. Please keep in mind that some people are allergic to pet dander. Again quality checks are just not there.

What can I say. This is my absolute favorite Dutch. I do not go to another stand unless I am out of town or in another state that has Dutch. These people at my stand on Specht Ave, are hands down the most amazing people i have met since I moved to Idaho. They are so warm and welcoming. It hits different when they see your car pull up and already have your order up and ready to pay. The vibe is just so chill and they honestly make my mornings every day. The notice when I change things. If a new person makes my drink, and it doesnt taste right, they take it and remake it. I just could go on and on about this amazing team. All im going to say it, they are absolutely the most amazing stand. I highly recommend getting your Dutch from Specht Ave stand. You will not regret it.🧡

This used to be my favorite location. You could count on fast, friendly, efficient service. Even when the line was extremely long they got you in and out fast. Lately though they seem to have lost their hustle. Employees get caught up in their conversations instead of waiting on customers immediately upon arrival. You rarely see runners bringing out the drinks anymore. Accuracy isn't on point either, I've been given a Red, White, & Blue twice now instead of the Freedom I ordered. Not sure how they mixed those two drinks up? When I brought it to their attention all I got was "oh really?" No sorry about that or offer to replace with the correct drink. I absolutely love the vibe at this Dutch Bros! The coffee is consistently great, but what really keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. The baristas are incredible—they talk to you like you’ve been best friends for years, which always starts my day on a good note. My only major gripe is the 'Skip the Line, Order Ahead' system. To be honest, the sign is pretty misleading. Even if you order on the app, they don't actually start pulling shots or mixing your drink until you physically arrive and check in. If it’s a busy shift, you’re still looking at a 10-15 minute wait. It’s not exactly a 'skip,' but I guess the friendly service almost makes up for it!
