Dutch Bros Coffee

The people outside taking orders always do a fantastic job and I've never had any issues in that regards. However, the people working inside should always try to positively identify the drinks they are making and sending out. I was handed 3 identical lookings drinks and not told what they were although I had purposefully ordered 2 of one drink, and 1 completely different drink just so I would know the difference. But since they were all identical, I had to play "guess the coffee" with 2 other people for 15 minutes while we all got frustrated. Thanks dutch. I realize it may not mean much to the employees what they put out, but it matters to the customer what they receive.

First time ever at a Dutch Bros. Often seen the sign, never really knew what they were. My little sister sent me a gift card for Christmas so, I decided to use it at this location. Great food, got 2 sliders and a strawberry milkshake 😋 with whipped cream of course. Everything was delicious. And Brice, the young man who helped me was very cool 😎 and explained some options for me. I will be back!!

A huge shout out to a few of our favorite Broistas!!!! 🤗 Allyssa & Emilee are always full of great vibes and smiles. These ladies take so much pride in their job & are always showing up with the best customer service! As a regular, we appreciate these ladies knowing our orders by heart when we pull up. Thank you ladies for always giving us the best Dutch experience.

This girl Alyssa tried demanding me to tip her, said oh I’m sorry I can’t right now. She goes oh well you always seem to tip everyone else but me. I do go to Dutch every day but if I feel someone doesn’t need to be tipped I won’t be tipping. Her attitude was off from the beginning. Then she starts talking crap about it with the car in front of me saying how I’m rude and greedy. This girl needs to be fired. Do better Dutch bros. This girl was working 9-19-25 around 11:00am, bullhead city Dutch by McDonald’s and Mohave high school

Diego and Denny his trainer were Awsome the lines were long and they were pumping people threw they helped us out and did it with a smile thanks guy this was our first time coming to this location and we will be coming back!!!!
