This was our first time in Benton City, Dutch Bros, and our last one. They have a bad customer service. We waited 10 minutes in line behind a car, and the barista was just talking to the person in front and didn't care that there was a line behind it. We ended up leaving with no drinks.
My drink was the same price as any of the Dutch Bris. I noticed tbe prices have gone up in tbe last months, but so has everything else. Excellent customer service, keep it that way, Thanks!!
Stop on the way back from a job customer service was nice the drink was very good and spot on! Would definitely recommend!
If you go through the walk up window just know you’re not going to get prioritized and make you wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks.
The staff was awesome. Got my drinks super quick
