Dutch Bros Coffee

Messed up my order. Didn't include Carmel drizzle even though the online ordering includes a specific drizzle section and I double checked that I had asked for Carmel drizzle. When I picked up my order And didn't get any drizzle they told me I hadn't asked for it in the order. So I asked if they could put the drizzle in a cup and pour my drink into that cup and if needed I would even pay the difference. I was told they wouldn't accept any drink back that had been in my vehicle and then just stared at me until I just drove away. Double checked my order and confirmed that yes I did order the drizzle. My home town location would have instantly replaced the drink and refunded the whole order, this location won't even let me pay for a cup to fix their error. I'll be skipping this location from

As a Canadian, it's rare for us to get a chance to visit our favourite coffee place. So when we were passing through Astoria on a cruise ship recently, we made sure to put Dutch Bros on our to-do list. We were not in a vehicle so when we approached this drive-thru only store, the woman working the car line noticed us and came over and offered to take our order, and run it out to us when it was ready. She was super helpful and very on top of managing a long queue. I wish I had got her name. As always, the coffee was great. Lots of creative options. Would have been a perfect visit if we'd been able to buy merch as we had wanted to. But it is not carried in this store.

I’ve seen so many of the one star reviews on this DutchBros, but from my experience this place has always been fun and the bro-istas are super nice and friendly. I do suggest though to come when it’s not super busy cause the lines will be long. And usually after school gets out is busy. Any way great place to get a coffee, tea, or energy drink fix :3

Consistantly good, No matter location even other states. You know your going to get a good coffee. We ordered the iced kicker and it was great. Friendly staff and service was extemely quick.

Omgoodness these are the absolute most friendly people I’ve ever met! I have so many favorites! I came by last Monday on my way home to Fairview & I saw my 2 favorite gals working inside! We have the best sweetest conversations! They really do prove to be the way Dutch Brothers baristas should behave & be professional they have a balance that works so if it’s not broken don’t fix it!! Have a wonderful night I love you gals you know who you are Astoria Dutch Brothers!!! Whoop whoop
