Dunkin'

No Holiday sprinkle donut on Dec 26 @ 9am, ordered 2 cinnamon raisin toasted bagels 1 w/cream cheese on side had to repeat that multiple times to get the order right. Received 1 bagel with the cream cheese in the side, then had to show my receipt and wait for the second. Assuming it was correct, I left, it was a plain bagel (not what I ordered and NOT what was on the receipt. Someone else also asked to repeat my coffee order not sure if they couldn’t see the order.

🤠👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A nice clean and friendly little shop. Donuts were fresh and the coffee was excellent. also, the coffee was less expensive than some of the other Dunkin donuts in the area. As Part of the Shell station, you can fill up and go to the convenience store next door. I have no reason to complain about this establishment. 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩

When I asked for a small cup of ice water to cool my coffee down, I was charged for it.

Ordered snack in’ bacon from the drive-thru…a woman with a horrible attitude handed me a nicely folded bag. When I made it home and opened the bag, the bacon was burnt.

Sunday morning, 7/27/25 around 11:15 am. It was a mobile order. When we arrived, they asked us what we ordered. The drinks were spilling. They were annoyed when I asked for napkins. They were annoyed since we got to the window. They forgot the swirl on our coffees. It was just terrible customer service.
