Dunkin'

I have been coming to this Dunkin consistently for years. Lately, after the renovation, their service and food and been horrible. The coffee and the food have both been burnt. Typically, I mobile order and sometimes do not realize my coffee is completely undrinkable until pulling away. I will not be wasting any more money at this Dunkin until they figure out why their ice coffee is so gross and burnt, especially on the weekends.

Horrible communication to public about reopening!!! Went to place a mobile order and it states they aren’t accepting mobile orders yet but come in and try the new nitro on tap. Get there and the doors are locked shot. Staff inside behind the counter like they are working and a girl motions not open. The actual Dunkin website states they are still closed. SO ANNOYING!!! Can someone get this right?? It’s a 1star for me. Not a good way to start off a reopening!!! Done in my book.

I bought the meal deal with wraps a few days ago, at a location 5 miles away in NJ. It was full of eggs and many strips of bacon. I thought I'd buy more at this location here, near home, copying the same order. Barely any egg or bacon! Just a greasy tortilla with a little bit of scrawny protein. This location should be ashamed of themselves for even letting this go out the door.

Coffee is never consistent and food is always cold and stale. Why is it that every time I order four cream & four sugars , my coffee is almost black? Is this location so in the red financially , that they withhold cream for coffee ? I would post photos but everything went in the trash. (All 10 dollars worth) Avoid this location.

Ordered on app in advance, but upon arriving at store found they were sold out. Was not interested in alternate flavors or cash refund, but store personnel were not able to refund the order to the app. 1. The application needs to be able to account for sold out inventory. 2. The local store should be able to refund app orders to rectify the inventory mistake. 3. Who at corporate thought it was a good idea to replace store baked Pumpkin muffins with prepackaged pumpkin loaf slices (which are just not good)?
