Dunkin'

One of the most disgusting drinks I've had. I ordered a medium hot butter pecan latte few days ago and when I got home snd took the first sip the butter pecan flavor wasn't in the coffee and it was just a regular latte. I went to get another butter pecan today but opted for iced with less ice. It was so disgusting!! I don't know what they add to it but this is my last time going to this dunkin donuts. I actually feel sick from that sip!

The line went quick, which was good bc I was on lunch break. But, the chipotle wrap was made with bacon, after I asked for sausage instead. The caramel late I got was bitter, not enough caramel.

I don’t know why people work with customers if they hate people so much. Girl got my order wrong and then told me it’s my fault and rolled her eyes at me.

I ordered small ice latte and medium strawberry lemonade refresher through the app. But it end up that They gave a nasty ice latte (correct size) and a small lemonade( I already paid for medium)instead . Such a huge disappointed.

Morning crew did not make my coffee as ordered two days in a row. The sticker was correct but the coffee was not made to match. They gave me a regular iced coffee with cream/sugar. I asked for a caramel/pistachio with cream/sugar. If I'm paying, please take the time to get it right. Not going to this location again. This is on my way to work stop, so it just makes thing even more frustrating to end up with a nasty coffee.
