Dunkin'

They won't communicate to the Uber eats driver or the one who placed an order through the app. Instead they will pack whatever they please & send it out the door. My order had 7 different flavors, I recieved 3 kinds, 2 of which I didn't order. The employees should have had the Uber eats employee to call & let me know. Glad one person in a house hold of 5 will get a dozen donuts 😡

I can’t believe that I had to wait 5mins for a simple energy drink just to be told that the guy that makes it was on a smoke break. There was two ladies just chatting it up and when we went to get their attention from the drive through window one of them said “ I can’t do it he’s coming”. I left immediately. I’m so frustrated at the lack of acknowledgement I just couldn’t wait any longer. I really wanted to complain to a manager but it’s clear no one was managing.

Just ordered two coffees, wake up wraps, and donut. The absolute best coffee ive ever had for both. Ive never tasted something so good come from dunkins until this afternoon

I come to this Dunkin’s often and today for the first time I had to deal with a rude employee KAMESHA …. while ordering my order she was being very rude and told me “ she’s not a mind reader “ That is not how you’re suppose to talk to customers no matter the circumstances if you hate your job quit I took a picture of her she’s the one with the little ponytail

Dunkin and Convenience store/ Gas both open 24 hours!! Right off 146 at the Walmart Exit. Super easy on and off from both directions of highway!!
